Coached by professor Cristian Bejan, the footballers from Vaslui are a constant presence at the BJC, where every time they showed that they know how to give a good game regardless of the opponent. „We participated at all editions of the Brasov tournament so far and we can say that we are coming with great pleasure. It is certainly the strongest competition in the country and we can not miss it. Even if we are champions, we are not making promises. Our goal is to tie up toghether the team, for next season’s championship edition, were we will play at a bigger age category and we need to know who we can count on, who is already a certainty and who is still a hope. It will be a very good occasion for us and I hope to take advantage of it”, said Cristian Bejan.
Another utility of Brasov Junior's Cup for Bejan is the following: „For us the tournament in Brasov is also useful from a different point of view. Namely that every year we have the chance to try something new, that is to face teams that you do not meet every day. Only Brasov Junior's Cup can offer you this chance. For any team it's good to do something new, because only this can lead to progress and the competition in Brasov comes to us like a glove. In addition to games, the children can not wait to come and visit Brasov and Brasov area".
SC Sporting Junior Vaslui won the title of champion after defeating in the championship finals, 3-2, Hagi Academy.
